Atlanta's Up and Rising

Created and Produced by Kota Andrews, Sr, Atlanta's Up and Rising was an innovative  television show that became a contemporary mixture of American Bandstand and Star Search with a touch of The Voice.

Atlanta's Up and Rising became a platform for new artists or seasoned artists looking to re-brand and reinvent themselves to come forth and showcase their talents as well as provide the viewing audience an opportunity to get to know the artists on a more intimate level.

Big Meach served as Host of Atlanta's Up and Rising and this venture helped him cut his chops on being in front of the camera and not as an actor. He also  served as Co-Producer on some episodes and cultivated guests as well.

Here is one of my favorite guests from Atlanta's Up and Rising.  He was filing in for Tony Terry who had become ill and could not make the shoot. Seven is one of Tony's background singers. He is a SANGING fool!!

Another one of my favorite shows where I received my very first FULL BODY MASSAGE!!  Mr. Marq James really knew how to work this body over!!  I've got to go back again, LIKE

Mr. Sean Black, my new nephew. This is his introduction to the world of television and talk shows.  He is the nephew of R&B Diva and Sister Circle LIVE talk show host, Syleena Johnson.
